Character Dining Question

I looked around but couldn't find an answer, so maybe yall can help me out? I was checking prices on the Disneyland page and there was options to add meal plans. And then there was a spot that said Character Meal. It said Character Dining $83 and Premium Character Dining was $101, where does it say which meals are regular and which are premium???

Ariel's and Goofy's Kitchen are considered premium. Minnie and Friends, Mickey and Friends, and Storytellers are all considered regular.

Those prices seem high - is that for more than one person?

Here is what I found on this:
Disney Regular Character Dining includes the following locations: Plaza Inn on Main Street, PCH Grill in Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel, and Storyteller's Cafe at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Disney Premium Character Dining is valid at Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel and Ariel's Grotto at Disney California Adventure Park-NOT valid for World of Color Dining at Ariel’s Grotto.

Ariel's and Goofy's Kitchen are considered premium. Minnie and Friends, Mickey and Friends, and Storytellers are all considered regular.

Those prices seem high - is that for more than one person?

It must be. It'll automatically price it out for the People on the reservation.
