Are there any character meals that continue the characters through lunch?
I've looked on the WDW website, but the section that "details" the character experience seem very vague.

Only ones that come to mind are:
Crystal Palace @ MK
Chef Mickeys @ Contemporary
Hollywood & Vine @ HS

Definitely Crystal Palace and Cinderella's Royal Table at MK, Akershus in Epcot, and Tucker House at DAK.

Also, we did a 10:50 breakfast at Akershus and it was great! We didnt miss rope drop, and kids were excited to have mickey waffles and scrambled eggs for lunch!

We did a similar thing at Trattoria al Forno. We had an 11:20am breakfast ressie. You can get breakfast reservations as late as noon. Some of the entrees are more lunch-like than breakfast. We had the calzone and the Royale Breakfast which included grilled steak, asparagus, egg torte, and potatoes.
