Character Dining Autograph Cover request

Hi DISigners,
Would anyone be willing to design an autograph cover for our Character meals? I would like a 4x6 cover for Julia. Would it be possible to have the characters or restaurant names on the cover? We are visiting: Cinderella's Royal Table, Crystal Palace, TuskerHouse, Chef Mickeys and Hollywood & Vine. Could it also have the date 2014 or September 2014? Whatever looks best.
