Character dining and ordering from a menu

Can someone let me know where the character dining is that has the option of ordering from a menu (and not having to pay a set price)

Well, we did the Storyteller's Breakfast and opted to skip the buffet and ordered off the menu.

Lilo and Stitch at the PPH also has a menu option. However, both places (PPH and Storytellers) have both raised their menu prices to the point that it is not longer a more affordable option. Buy time you purchase a meal and beverage you are at almost the same prices at the buffet.

I'm glad I own Disney stock.

That is ridiculous... but then again, people continue to pay the high prices.

Storyteller's Cafe breakfast
PCH Grill breakfast
Ariel's Grotto (all meals)

Goofy's and Minnie's are strictly Buffet/Buffeteria style.
