Character changes in Toontown!

All right all you character seeks, I have some updated info for you regarding Toontown characters.

Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore have moved! They now make appearances near Pooh's Playful spot in Fantasyland.

There are now 2 pal's rooms- one features Chip, Dale, and Goofy. The other has Minnie, Pluto, and (drumroll please...) Daisy! I know a lot of you are seeking her, so I thought you'd be thrilled to know she now has a sceduled location! Donald lovers take heart- the duck has been moved to Town Square and should be there for most of the day.

Please remember, however, that nothing is guarenteed!

Also scheduled to start making appearances soon around Toontown- Scrooge McDuck, Launchpad, and Clara Cluck. I'm unsure about exact details yet.

Clarice has been spotted at MGM in front of the hat. I haven't seen her for myself, but I plan to bring a camera when I'm at MGM on Saturday!

I like it if it holds - should help attract more people to the playground and allows for a couple rarer characters for us autograph/pic hounds. I like a rotation of characters - keeps me coming back. We've gotten daisy in 2003 and 2004, but not this year. Got Launchpad this year, but never Uncle Scrooge. I'm assuming Piglet makes regular appearances and Rabbit continues to pop up more regularly as well.

This is really exciting news, especially about the "DuckTales" characters! Now if we could just spot Huey, Dewey, and Louie!!

Some say he is a rare fill in at crystal palace for the character meals and occassionally by the toontown train station.

We ran into Rabbit on April 15th in toontown rooms. He was with Pooh and Tigger. The other couple days that week either Piglet or Eeyore were there with Pooh and Tigger.

It is exciting that they are making so many great changes. It was time for some new faces!

I am so loving that Daisy is around, also the Duck Tales gang. I got Launchpad at AK in Feb - didn't have a clue at the time who he was!

I'm looking forward to Characters in Bloom at EPCOT this weekend, I should be making another solo visit as DD is going to Blizzard Beach! We will have to check out MGM the next weekend for Clarice!

We saw Rabbit at CP last year. My oldest ds was so excited to get his autograph & picture! I hope to find Daisy myself, thanks for the info!

Thanks for the info. my DD will be thrilled to see DAISY, we were looking all the week for her last year, with sadly no luck !!!

We saw Rabbit in MGM last week! In the Animation building after the Mushu show-- Brother Bear, Rabbit and Pooh, some scary cat from Pinocchio, Minnie and Chicken Little and the Mallard where all there-- I was kind of shocked to see them!

I have also heard that Rabbit makes appearances at EPCOT in the UK. I didn't get to see because DD2 was having a fit and we had to leave!

I have heard he appears in the toy shop in the UK. I am on a mission to find him this year, as I have never seen him before and I love him! I wish I could find all my favorite rabbits but the bunnies are really elusive in WDW- Br'er Rabbit, Thumper, Rabbit, Roger Rabbit!, Oswald... now that would be something!!!

That's awesome. Thanks Angie for the news. That would be awesome of Scrooge and Clara Cluck were out more. I think it's great how more of the classic characters are appearing in the parks. First Clarice, now these rumors, and I was reading at dlandfriends.com/ that Clarabell Cow was spotted at Disneyland lately. Hopefully these characters will stay out.

Someone else mentioned seeing Clarice, who I remembered from Chip & Dale cartoons, but I don't remember Clara. I am guessing she is a Duck Tales character?

I read on another post that the princess room is now storybook room, so it can include princes also.
