At character buffets do children under 3 years old eat free?

Under 3 eat off of a paying adult plate. So yes, free

Yes children under 3 eat free at buffets with their own plate.
At other locations they eat free from your plate but if you want them to have their own food you'll need to pay for it.
Remember that they must be counted on the ADR.
