Character Breakfasts near Epcot?

Okay Disney has decided to move EMH around two weeks before my trip. I tried to move my Chef Mickey's reservation from Thursday to Tuesday--no availablity. Which other character breakfast--either on the monorail line or at a resort you can walk/boat to epcot from would y'all recommend? I have no interest in Norway because we are doing CRT later in the week.

Cape May at the Beach Club has a wonderful character breakfast and is a short walk or boat ride away from Epcot. Its one of the better (food wise) breakfast buffets at WDW imho.

On the monorail, there is the Lilo and Stitch breakfast at the Poly (this one is a family style breakfast, not a buffet but all you can eat) And at the Grand Floridian there is 1900 Park Fare (Mary Poppins, Alice and Pooh and friends are generally at this one). Both of these are great.

You never, know but I have had good luck getting into that one last minute. I hope it works out for you, I hate it when they mess with EMH, it wreaks havoc with plans!
