Character Breakfasts at USF/IOA

Can anyone provide information and recommendations on character breakfasts at USF/IOA. We are a family of 5, two preteens and a 4-year old who is a HUGE Jimmy Neutron fan. Have been to USF five times and IOA once before. This will be our first resort stay at the HRH.

The parks do not have any character meals. The on-site hotels offer character dinner meals (select evenings).
