We want to do a character breakfast for the first time during our trip at the end of April/first week of May. We got vouchers for a breakfast when we bought 7 day park hoppers ( I think--my mom actually bought them) from Paramount. First, can you do a character breakfast on a day that you are not going to a park? Secondly, how late can you get a seating for a breakfast? I didn't know if we could do one around 10am or have to go earlier? Thirdly, who do we call to get a PS? Finally, what's the best place to try with two boys 10 and 5? Thanks in advance for the answers I know are coming:)

Hi,

You can go to a Character Breakfast also on days you don't go to a park. There are much choices of Character breakfast locations at the Disney resorts.
If you want to go to a character breakfast at a location within a themepark, you will need admission to go inside. If you have an early PS then you can of course go early inside a themepark before official opening time, but you still need admission.

About breakfast time. I think at the resorts it most times is 7 - 11 am and at parks 8 - 10, but check the actual when you make a PS.

Marcel.

There is a list at disney.com of the character meals available. Look under dining then under character dining. To schedule you call 407-WDW DINE, most breakfasts go until 10:30-11:00. With 2 boys I would suggest either Chef Mickey's at the Contempory resort which will have Mickey and the gang there...or the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom which has Pooh and the gang. There are others around too for breakfast..that info at the disney web site. You can call now for your PS, and yes if you eat at one of the parks you will need to use an admission for that day.

Try looking over at the dining discussion board for more help if needed

Have a great time!!!:)

Crystal Palace breakfast is my all time favorite meal at WDW. We got there at least twice and sometimes 3 times during our vacations. A very close second is Chef Mickey's. I would probably recommend Chef Mickey's because they are more of the "traditional" characters whereas Crystal Palace is Winnie the Pooh.

Check out this site

in the left margin you will see a link for the PS FAQ (how to make reservations) and a link to Character Meals

If you don't want to use a day on your pass, I would recommend Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort.
