Character Breakfast with Ariel?

Does anyone know if there is a character breakfast that has Ariel (Little Mermaid) featured? My daughter loves her, and Belle. Thanks in advance for your help!

You could try Restaurant Akershus at Epcot--I know Ariel is there, but I'm not sure if I read it's just in the evenings sometimes? Does anyone else know for sure? She wasn't at CRT when we went.

Actually we had thought about doing the Akershus Character Dinner, but I wasn't sure if she'd be there! That would make my daughter's entire trip if she was there!

We have a huge Ariel fan, too. We went to the Akershus character dinner in Sept of 06 and she was there.

When Ariel is at Askerhus (which is most of the time, but we went once and she was not) she is in her pink ballgown. Also, Ariel has a grotto in the MK where she does meet and greets daily, there she is a mermaid with fins. And Belle has a storytime hour several times a day in the MK as well, near the castle. Check you times guide to see when she is doing that. Oh, and Belle is usually at the Norway meal as well. Have a great trip to WDW!

Too funny! My DD was just asking my DH the other day if he "thought that Ariel was the prettiest princess, and if he'd ever marry her if he could"? He replied, "Well, she's pretty cute...but YOU are the prettiest princess!" Good answer...

Very good answer from your dh! And your daughter will surely love MGM since both Ariel and Belle have their own live shows. And then there's the stunt show stuff for your "boys". Have a wonderful trip!

We've gone to breakfast and lunch at Askerhus. Breakfast has Belle but not Ariel. It is my understanding that Ariel is primarily scheduled for lunch and dinner.

We've also gone to lunch at Askerhus. Ariel was in attendance, but her gown was a greenish blue color. Belle was at this meal as well, but wore her blue "day" dress instead of her gown.

You must go to the grotto in MK to meet Ariel. We took my DD last year and she was in awe! Ariel and Eric were there and they spent alot of time with DD. When my DD walked up to meet her Ariel said "Hi Angelfish"...WELL that was IT - we had to call her Angelfish for the rest of the trip LOL I got some great pics of them together - it was great!!

Yes, I have never seen Belle in anything but her blue dress at the Norway meal. I have seen Ariel at breakfast and lunch and I thought she was wearing pink but I could have that confused with her character meal at Disneyland in California! In any case, she was in a dress not her fins (believe it or not in Disneyland she used to be at the meal in her fins sitting on a rolling clambshell thing and she was wheeled around). In any case at Akershus, there was one time at lunch she was not there. When I asked (my dd was crushed) the hostess told us no character is ever a guarantee. It was a bummer but in four meals there, she was only absent once.

Officially the schedule is Belle in her yellow gown as the greeter for breakfast and Ariel with legs in a Aqua green dress as the greeter for lunch and dinner but as with everything it's subject to change and not guaranteed. As an example, some have seen Belle in her yellow gown at dinner instead of Ariel.

I wouldn't tell your child and make it a surprise just in case.

The greeter princess will be in a photo package that you can buy.

Belle has always been there for us whether as the greeter in yellow, or as the peasant Belle in blue circulating the restaurant. Ariel is always on there as a greeter and doesn't circulate.

I would love to see Belle in her yellow dress, my girls would flip. I was there for Dinner in Norway for the Princess dining in Feb 2007. I have pics of all of them. Our greeter was Sleeping Beauty (Aurora). I wish it was Belle. Belle was in her blue smocked dress walking the restaurant. Also visiting the tables were Ariel in her blue/green dress, Jasmine, and Cinderella. I hope this helps.

I don't know how often the schedule changes, but she was there in Feb. (2 mos. ago). I guess with this character meal there is no real consistancy.

I was also surprised to see Cinderella at PSB and posted about it upon my return. Turns out Cinderella's 'friend' posts here and she was there that day. She said that Cinderella is not officially scheduled but is a replacement when someone can't come in.
