Character breakfast questions

We did the character breakfast at cafe labamba about 4 years ago- has anything changed? Which characters are there? is it now a buffet? It was not then. is the parade viewing area worth it? We didn't take advantage of it last time.

for me, the food was good and the interactions were plentiful.
was ablae to get extras for no extra costs.

many got lots of time with the characters and picture taking was great.
