Character Breakfast Question

Hi all

We visited DLP back in 2008 and loved it. We stayed at the Santa Fe and enjoyed the character breakfast in Cafe Mickey one morning and thought it was fantastic, what a great way to start the day!

Anyhow, fastforward five years and we're coming back! However this time I'm coming to Paris for the Paris Marathon on April 7th and then heading over to DLP the next day. We're staying in the centre of Paris (getting the metro out to DLP) but would still like to have the character breakfast at Cafe Mickey in the morning.

Does anyone know if it's open to non-disney-hotel visitors? I see from the official site that they do brekfast at 7.30 and 9.30am but no mention of venues (is it still Cafe Mickey) or prices (think it was about 20e last time)??

Any help would be great!

Also, once the parks have closed for the day, does anyone know what time the bars and resturants stay open in the village?

Thanks everyone!

the bars, restaurants and shops in the Disney Village are open until midnight every night.

Cafe Mickey is open to non-onsite hotel guests, it costs 24 euros per person, adult or child, and its still the only character breakfast venue at DLP.

Thanks DLPdaft, do I need to call in advance and book? We're looking at the 7.30 slot (know we'll need to be up early to get the metro from Paris but we want to get the most out of the day)?

And have you any idea what time the shops and other cafe's open in the village? Need something to do between the breakfast and the parks opening...

I'm not sure, as an offsite guest, whether you'll be able to do the early sitting for Cafe Mickey, you can call the Disney dining reservation line on 0033 160 304050 to ask though :).

The park turnstiles open at around 9.30am for offsite guests in both parks, and I believe the shops and Starbucks etc in the Village open between 8.30am and 9am.

Yes, you can go to the earlier seating as off-site guest. However, last time I tried they insisted the breakfast was only bookable three days in advance.

I called this week to book a breakfast at Cafe Mickey and was told they only accept reservations 5 days in advance, so i will book one when I'm at the park.

Thanks for the useful replies guys, very much appreciated! Hopefully we'll get something booked, then the hard work begins;

Get up at 5am the morning AFTER the marathon (!), get ready, train over to DLP, breakfast, nosey in the shops, then onto the parks!

I won't be able to walk by the time we stagger home at midnight!

Does this mean guests staying off-site can only make dining reservations 5 days in advance or does this only apply to Cafe Mickey? I thought we could make dining reservations 2 months in advance. Does this apply to on-site guests only? :confused3

Thanks in advance for clarifying this confusion! :thumbsup2
