Character breakfast photos?

When they take your picture as you go into a character breakfast, will they also take on with your camera, or strictly the ones they want to sell? How much are the ones they want to sell? Does every character meal do this, or only certain ones?

We are planning:
Chef Mickey's
Donald's breakfastosaurus
Liberty Tree dinner
Crystal Palace lunch
Garden Grill lunch
Princess storybook breakfast (maybe)
1900 Park Fare (maybe)

At spots with Disney photographers, they will take a picture with your camera. I think if you buy the ones they take the prices start at liek $13 or $14 (for a 5x7) and go up for bigger pics or packages. Chef Mickeys and Breakfastasaurus were only packages last time we went.
