We were just wondering which to do. As a family we have done the character breakfast at Ohana's and enjoyed it. Can anyone suggest any good character interactions and good food. I am aged 45, wife Donna, much younger and John will be 7. If it means we do breakfast and evening meal, well, its a hardship we will have to endure.:thumbsup2
Less than 70 days to go.

hi

we have always had a character breakfast at Chef Mickeys and thoroughly enjoyed that, it has become a tradition now for us to get our photo taken there and have breakfast , it is really good fun as well and there is a breakfast buffet full of great choices. characters are Mickey, chip'n'dale, etc

Last year we also had a character meal at the 1900 at Grand Floridian, that was fantastic food, again buffet, we did this prior to going to MNSSHP .the characters in this were Cinderella, Prince Charming (who was very handsome)
perla and suzie and Fairy godmother who was out in the lobby.

have enjoyed both of these very much, hope this helps you.

My favourite character brekkie is 'Ohana but you've already done that, so how about:

Cape May Cafe Breakfast - with Minnie and friends. They are all dressed in beachwear and as he tablecloths are paper, the characters spent ages drawing with my DDs :thumbsup2 Plus they have Krispy Kremes :teeth:

Crystal Palace - lovely food, fantastic setting and atmosphere and great character interaction (Winnie the Pooh and Friends). How about lunch? It makes a nice break in the middle of an MK day :)

There's not a huge difference in cost between breakfast and dinner.

Last time, we had a CB at 1900 Park Fare, but we reckon the evening offering is far better value.

Have you thot about Mickeys Back Yard BBQ.

We do it every year.

The food is buffet style.Ribs, corn, Chicken, that kind of thing.
All your drinks...Beer and wine as well as soft drinks for the kids.
It is the best Character interaction we have ever had.The kids can dance with Mickey,Minnie,Goofy,Chip and Dale.and getting photos is no problem.

I am pretty hopeless at describing things so check out the Disney website for better details.

it is really,really good !!!

Why not try a character breakfast at Restaurantosaurus (AK) - you get to meet Mickey Minnie, Goofy, Pluto & Donald. I bet your 7 yr old will enjoy it. We have also had breakfast at Chef Mickeys and thoroughly enjoyed the characters there. Crystal Palace is great for Winnie The Pooh (breakfast & eve meal) and despite having two boys we dined at Cinderella's Table one evening and they both enjoyed it. The 1900 at Grand Floridian is great but rather girly as all the Disney Princess' are threr, along with Prince Charming - and I have to agree - he was rather charming!
