character breakfast: IOA or Nick hotel

for DD9? Can you get in the parks early for a breakfast like at Disney? I really would rather not waste too much time in the morning on breakfast. It'll be crowded (in two weeks) and we need to ride as much as possible first thing in the morning. Staying at Nick Hotel (no FOTL) Oh, well...trade off for staying at Nick. We could actually do a character breakfast at the hotel on the morning we check out since our flight is not until 2:15.

I'm a commando person, so I'll tell you to go on the rides early since you won't have FOTL. The time from 9am to 11am is crucial in getting a jump on the crowds. From the other thread, I see you are renting a car. You want to arrive at 8am and be first to the gate.

There are plenty of places to see the characters. At IOA, there is a parade from Hulk to Spiderman. At USF, they're in front of the gift shop as you walk into the park.

I would do it on your last day at the Nick hotel.
