Has anyone had breakfast here? I have read some bad reviews for lunch and dinner. I getting nervous since we have adr's for breakfast. Should I cancel ?

We did this mainly for the characters. I have a 3yo and the Little Einsteins are his world :) So we loved it. The food was fine. Just your typical disney breakfast! They had a little bit of everything.

The meal was just average, however, DD was 2.5 at the time and she absolutely loved it! If you have a young one who loves playhouse disney it would be fine, if not, I would do a different meal. We won't do it again, we would try to get a princess breakfast.

I too thought the food was just OK- lots of better breakfast buffets. My kids loved the characters. We (I should say, "I") planned to leave after seeing the Little Einsteins. My kids made us stay to see Jojo and "go-lion" as Cooper calls him. They had a blast.

:rotfl2: my dd calls him Gulion too... The characters and interaction is the best.

We did lunch. The food was your normal buffet stuff, but the atmophere was great. It was so much fun. The charcters had the kids up and singing and dancing. My boys loved it!

Can someone post some pictures of this breakfast and the characters? I have yet to see anything. We have a breakfast scheduled in September and I have had a hard time finding anything positive. :( My son, who has autism, is usually afraid of the characters. But I was hoping that since the Little Einsteins were there, we would get a little lucky with him and these characters. :worried:

Hmm, I've read lots of very favorable reviews of this meal. There are extra CMs at this meal who can likely help your son get comfortable. There are a few threads on here now. Some may include links with photos. Also check the Food photo thread to find photos.

There are people who have complained about the dinner but the character meal gets high praise from the little ones and us big ones seem just fine with the food, whatelse matters? I'm looking forward to Lunch there at the end of August. Its a buffet so I'm sure there will be a few things worthwhile.

By the way I had dinner there last summer as part of a Fantasmic package. Good food, wonderful service and great AC on a super hot September day.

We did this breakfast last year and I had a 3 year old and an 8 month old and they both loved it. DH and I actually enjoyed the breakfast foods. They had fruit and waffles, bacon, usual stuff. Definitely go for the characters and environment, not for a spectacular breakfast.

DS had a great time with the character breakfast. They get up and dance about every 15 min. Also the characters go to each table to take pictures with the guest.

(Even parents would get up and dance with the kids....yes, yes...including me...) ;)
