Character breakfast for off-site guests?

My sister & her daughter will be staying at the Downtown Disney Marriott for a couple of days at the end of August. Can they make a early PS to eat breakfast at the Crystal Palace? It happens to be EE day at the MK that day. What's the earliest they can make a PS there? Will transporation be a problem since they're coming from off-site? They will have a car.

I'd love to discourage them from visiting MK on a EE day as they are off-site, but this is the only day they have to tour a park.

Actually, this is the only way an off-site party can "sneak" into an EE day if they get an early PS time. I do believe the Downtown Disney hotels run their own buses to the parks so transportation should be fine. They could always park at MK and take a monorail or ferry over to the park.

I know CRT has times starting at 8am and so does Crystal Palace. Just make sure they have their PS number with them. There's a special entry off to one side where CMs check early PS diners in.
