character breakfast for non hotel guests?

We'll visit Hong kong this summer and while I would love to stay at a Disney hotel for one night I don't think I can convince my husband (I had to book Our trip first and only tell him afterwards that there's a Disneyland Hong Kong ).
Is it possible to book a character breakfast although we aren't hotel guests?
