Character breakfast during ICE at Gaylord Palm. review?

got tickets for ICE for the day we arrive ( we get in at 8 am) has anyone done the breakfast buffet at Gylord Palm? It is fairly reasonable. Mrs Claus is there not that my teens need a character to eat with but you get free parking if you eat there.
Has anyone done this? How is the food?

Note .. Parking is free anytime .... Provided you self park & taking your parking ticket with you & have it stamped at any of the eating places within Gaylord Palms

We did it.....and it was EXCELLENT (no Mrs. Claus when we were there in 2012....just Shrek, Fiona and Puss In Boots). You can check out that section of my trip report here:
