Having a little trouble decising for which Character Breakfast for the last day (departure day).

I have 8:30AM ADR for 1900 Fare but now that we have switch to Yacht Club, I'm thinking Cape May will be more convienant.

We will at Chef Mickey on the first night (family tradition-each kid's first trip has this) w/ Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale and maybe Donald.

This is very similar to Cape May w/ only Goofy, Mickey, Chip & Dale.

Verses 1900 Park Fare has Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, Pooh and Eeyore.
Mary Poppins (my kid's favorite)

So should I go w/ convenience since we will going DTD after that ...
OR...
Possibly seeing Mary Poppins?

Are the food the same at both places? Which has better food? More selection? Great character interaction?

I would say 1900 PF. I was not impressed at all with CMC. The restaurant appeared older and the food was unimpressive. I think the theming/atmoshere at 1900 would probably be better.

We have done both and Cape May wins our vote hands down.

1900 Park Faire is a nightmare, the noisiest place ever...so loud you cannot hear yoursef thing, the food was terrible, over cooked and very dried out. THe strawberry soup and bread pudding was the saving grace. The characters are a motley crew...Mary Poppins, Pooh, Tigger, ALice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter, none of which spent more than 5 seconds with us.

Now Cape May is our favorite, the food is awesome and super fresh, the fruit is the best part of the meal. The characters, Minnie, Goofy Chip and Dale spent alot of time with us, sat next to us and played games and asked questions on the paper tablecloth.

Keep in mind 1900 park fare is moving temporarily to the Grand Floridian Cafe. And will be a plated meal. I am not sure when you are going BUT the CM told me this today when I was booking. I enjoyed the Cape May buffet for breakfast. But we do prefer their dinner. The dinner however is character free. Except for me.
