Anyone got any recomendations for a character breakfast in one of the resort hotels...?

We wont be doing the parks but would love to do a character breakfast with the kids.

Which one's are good...? Which one's to avoid...?

OHanas is a must for us now. Highly recommended. Characters interact with the kids and food was great.

You have a choice of:
  • Chef Mickeys
  • 1900 Park Fare
  • Ohana
  • Cape May Cafe

Of those Ohana is by far our favourite. Consistently good food served family style. The other 3 are buffets so offer more choices but we still prefer Ohana :goodvibes

From what I have read, the one at the Garden Grove Restaurant @ the Swan is supposed to be pretty good too. Characters only there at weekends though.

Same as ours but in order of preference:

Ohana
Cape May
1900 Park Fare
Chef Mickeys (we wont' bother with it now as we've done it a couple of times but if you haven't done it before it's really worth a ressie)

I'm excited to try Ohana when I go next August! Characters are only there at breakfast tho..not dinner.
ETA - sorry just realised you were asking specifically about breakfast!

Done all of these abs my order would be:
1900 Park Fare
Cape May Cafe
Ohana
Chef Mickey

Ohana is the only on which is not a buffet, which makes it a more relaxing meal, but one with reduced selection.

I've also done all these and this would be my preference order too. I prefer Chef Mickey's for dinner.

We loved Park Fare for breakfast! The Mad Hatter was hilarious! Other characters were Alice, Mary Poppins, Tigger, and Pooh.
