Does anyone else have a DH who insists that I buy him an autograph book so HE can get autographs?? It's his first time at a large amusement park, let alone DW. I can just picture him standing in line with all those little children....
And why shouldn't he have an autograph book? When we brought my 84 yr old mother, I got her an autograph book and took her photo with the characters. She and my son compared their autographs.
You get every kind of guest standing in line waiting for autographs.
And you need to schedule a few character meals for him as well. Get one with Jasmine and the Princesses.
That's so great to hear. I was so worried that my 6'8" husband would look REALLY out of place in those lines.
We're planning on going to Crystal Palace to see the Pooh characters - he LOVES tigger. I've got myself a big kid at heart. It's wonderful!
Yep, you are lucky. I've got one, too. Just keep him away from the DVC channel and the DVC booths at WDW. Otherwise, you'll be DVC members before you leave. Not that that is a bad thing. We did it on our first trip.
My 28 y.o. daughter stood in line with her kids to get her own autographs and photo with the characters ... and the characters seemed to enjoy interacting with an adult.
Tweedle Dee or was is Dum noticed her b'day badge and insisted that I sing Happy Birthday to her ... it's amazing how the characters can speak w/o talking! At first I refused, but TD pouted so I sung a quick verse, LOL!
Unfortunately the people behind us were grumbling b/c the CM had said 5 more minutes and I guess they were afraid that they miss getting an autograph since the characters were spending so much time with my family.
The White Rabbit and the Queen of Hearts made a big deal over her birthday badge too.
