Chapman Photo- Did anyone have rpblems like this?

I live out of state and used Chapman for my wedding........

has anyone had any issues when ordering pictures and trying to make choices picking photos that have no numbers?

Any feedback pls

We had the same problem when we got the proofs from our engagement shoot.....Randy made it seem like it was a big shock that there were no numbers on the prints....I am not filled with confidence now knowing this is not an isolated occurance....

Hi,
I thought Randy was wonderful. I did get confused with the numbers. They numbers on the back of the photo are not a 2 digit number that I was looking for it's and odd code. Linda helped me in finding the number on the photo. We finally recieved our negatives and they gave us a CD with the our photos on it. We did not order any pictures from him except for the 11 by 14 that came with our package. WE figured we could use the negatives and make our own pictures. Sorry your having so much trouble with him as I thought his service was excellent.

We are using Randy for our wedding in June. The only numbers on the back of our prints were a partial file name from the pictures he took on his digital camera, on the prints from his film camera, there was nothing on the back. That said, I loved the pictures from our engagement shoot. I was very happy working with Randy and the results were wonderful. It just would make ordering easier if the prints are labled somehow.

I would love to hear your tips

Don't WORRY,
My WONDERFUL & LOVELY wife & I used Randy for our wedding. He thought & to this day feel that we couldn't have choosen a better photographer. TRUST ME. We had disney do our engagment pics , so we could do pics in the parks in our wedding attire. And the pics from Randy were of better quality, we got the negatives, & better value for the dollar.
Your wedding day will be POSTIVELY INCREDIBLE along with the photos.

Just give Linda a call and she will answer any questions that you have. All of our wedding shots had numbers on the back except for the digital shots and the black and whites. Linda said that we should just photo copy the picture and write the page/size info right on the copy and send that in with our order.

Hmmm well I just wanted to say that we had Randy do our shoot and I had no problem in finding the number on the back but I'm not sure we had digital for the engagement shoot so maybe that was the problem for some of you.

Randy just did the most amazing job on our wedding photos they are amazing the hardest part for me won't be finding the number on the back but choosing which photos go in the album in the first place

But if anyone is ever in doubt over Randy or his work etc etc please please call Linda she always knows whats going on LOL more so than Randy he's just repsonsible for taking the photos

Randy did an incredible job with our pictures too. Linda told me to make a photocopy of the ones I wanted and send them to her, she said it was easier.

I just looked at yours and they are great. I want to put some on but i am not computer savvy...........I may do as you did and go to otofoto is it easy?

Yup it's very easy - all you need to do is just register with Ofoto and then the site takes you through each step. I would upload about 10 at a time and because they were high definition (and my PC is slow) they would take a while to upload but this way everyone gets to see them.

Or alternatively you can upload them to photobucket.com that's another place that I store photos and that's pretty easy to use and manage too.
