Anyone know if there is a chapel somewhere ON the property just to go and say a daily parayer?

No, there are no chapels at WDW. Here's a link to religious services in the WDW area for various denominations; hopefully one of them will meet your needs:

Thanks my Father goes to church every day so I was hoping there was somewhere on the property but he will have to take a taxi

The good news is, cabs are plentiful at WDW, and not terribly expensive.

Be sure to talk to the guest services folks at your resort. I'm sure this question comes up frequently, and they can tell you where the closest chapel/church of your father's denomination would be.

Now with Magic Express and fewer people renting cars it would certainly be nice if Disney made it easier for people to attend religious services while visiting the Parks. When I was younger, we used to go to Mass at Poly, but they ended that a few years back. Taxi service or renting a car for the day is pretty pricey.

Just a note to remind folks that the ending of the worship services at Disney has nothing to do with Disney and everything to do with a limited supply of priests. It was not Disney's choice. It was the choice of the Roman Catholic Church to end the worship services.

Since it wasn't Disney's choice to end it, then it really would be a nice gesture to help folks get to Mass outside the park.

Didn't they used to have a Protestant service there as well? Or was that just for holidays like they're doing for Christmas?

WOW! I never knew that.
I called WDW and asked if maybe he could go to the wedding pavillion chapel and they of course said no but it was worth a try. ;)

A nice gesture, most certainly.

However, also a logistical nightmare.

To which Church will they deliver worshippers? Just Roman Catholic? Which Roman Catholic Church? Will it just be on Sundays? How about religious days of obligation?

How about Anglicans/Episcopalians/Church of England, Lutherans, Presbyterians, Methodists, Baptists and others who wish to worship at their respective Churches?

For Lutherans will it be the ELCA, LCMS or WELS congregation?

Will they also drive worshippers to mosques or synagogues or temples or . . .?

Just some thoughts on the can of worms such a nice gesture could open.
