Its best to buy them direct from DCL as the place is very busy. Often there is five or six cruise ships in port and the slots or booked up by the cruise lines, The park may re direct you back to DCL under the joint contract.
With DCL you get a taxi or coach transfer to the park in timed slots and its well organised, and they ensure there isn't over crowding. The swims are all allocated and organized well.
There is a rolling taxi service back to the pier.
I would not turn up on the day, if you do still prefer to book direct, do it in advance as its popular and there will be hundreds of cruises going there each day.

Thanks, I do not see it listed as one of the port adventures...what would it be listed as?
Should be under the port adventures in Cozumel.

Look under Dolphins.
This is the first one there.

You can do that if you wish but from seeing the beach there are far better ones on the island and DCL tours to them. Thanks so much for your assistance, I did see it listed under "Dolphins" but all we wanted to do was spend the day at the beach and have lunch their. It seems much cheaper online for the day, but I understand about booking with DCL. Thanks again for your help
I would just book through the website, it's much cheaper. I used to work on a cruise ship and never had any issues. You can also swim with manatees there! I did that and it was tons of fun! If you just want to visit a beach, I would also recommend Paradise Beach. It has a restaurant, nice pool, beach, and inflatable slides in the water! There are also TONS of all-inclusive resorts that will give you day passes. Those would include all you can eat, drink, and access to their pool and beaches.
