We were watching food network this morning, and DD2 said we are going to that place with the strawberry shortcake and singing right.

Figured since so close to the trip we had no shot of booking it, but was pleasantly surprised. We cancelled Kona cafe and are going to HDDR that night instead. I told DH he should write we are celebrating strawberry shortcakes, but there was no spot to do that. In the time it took for us to call to book it we lost the tier 1 table so we had to book tier 2. We originally called so we could use a gift card to bay, but we wound up booking in online. I have had amazing CM on the phone for every call I have made for this trip except for the guy I spoke to today. He was fine, but not as magical as the rest.

Yet another change and this one was not my doing. Grand floridan tea called us, they are not ready yet. They are hosting afternoon tea at lunch time at cirtico. So we cancelled. As of now we are booked for lunch at liberty tree. But not sure if we will keep it.

We cancelled it already. Not sure what we are going to eat this day. It is only ADR less day. At least I think it is. I need to log in to MDE and check and see if DH changed anything else.

Day one we didn't change anything
Day two : we have breakfast at 8. Planning on going right from breakfast to the TL. Not planning on bring our phones. WHich would not be a big deal, except the teacher assignments are going up on the portal at 9am. I hope it goes up earlier otherwise we won't see it till we get back to the room after TL.
Every time we are in WDW, I need to log into the portal for something.

We pushed all the FP+ back an hour. so first FP+ is at 5:30
Day 3 frozen day
Day 4 no changes. We thought about moving the first FP+ up, but i said lets just play it by ear. If we get to the park early and no wait at the safari we can switch it. Question is dinosaur or primevel whirl? I think girls would vote for primevel whirl, and DH would vote for dinosaur. We do have memory maker. Dinosaur has a photo?
day 5 this is our ADR less and homeless day. My thought for this day is we will do either epcot or animal kingdom. Maybe even go with FIL and T out to breakfast outside of the disney bubble. This way they can drive us to VGF. depending on what they are up to, we could even do a late lunch somewhere with them before they drive home. they are about 2 1/2 to 3 hours south of orlando.

day 7 we moved up the FP+ time for figment to 9:40-10:40. figure if we are ready to leave the room completely before breakfast, at least this way we will be able to do it assuming we have not done it yet


Notice that even though we have epcot 2 nights, we really don't have an epcot day, so that might be what we do day 5?

Yes, Dinosaur has a ride photo. Of the two, my daughter (10 years) enjoys Primeval Whirl. The rest of us, not so much. None of my kids want to go on Dinosaur again. I don't know, I thought it was good.

We are having 2 Epcot half days too (but one morning and one evening). Since Day 5 is ADR less, I would probably wait and play it by ear and see how everyone is feeling.

It is too bad about the Tea. That would have been fun, but I would want it in the original location, not a substitute.

It was fun to see your girls growing up at Disney!

I have a 10 year old and we are going next month. I could have named my pre-trip report what you did. Our original plan had us going in September.
