Changing who is on a room/FP+ reservation?

My husband works as a consultant and is frequently working out of state. Last year we booked a BB offer for this August/September with free dining. It's looking like the company he is currently working for may not let him come home for our trip. I thought about canceling our trip all together but it would really disappoint our children who will be 7 and 4 during our trip. I have already made our dining and FP+ reservations for the trip. I am thinking of asking my 23 year old sister if she would like a free trip to WDW with almost all her expenses paid (she'd have to bring her own spending money and pay for souvenirs and extras). We would pay for plane tickets, room, park tickets and most of her food (if she buys things beyond DDP). Is there a way for Disney to swap my sister into my husband's FP+ reservations? I arranged these very carefully due to the difference in ages/sizes of our kids. Who would I need to call to make this happen? Thanks so much for the help!

Go into your MDE Profile and change his name to hers.

Or, it's even easier to leave his name as is and allow her to use his MagicBand and FPs. Disney doesn't care about the names of guests.

Keep his name as is and she uses the ticket, FPs, and MagicBand.

Complete online checkin and you'll never have to stop by the front desk. No reason to contact your TA.
