Changing ticket dates - what a mess!!

Because of tropical Storm/Hurricane Eta I pushed back our reservations by exactly one week. Airfare - no problem! DVC Resort - I had to change resort and room type, but easy enough. When I went on My Disney Experience to change my park days, it said I had invalid admission since you only have so many days to use them. But since I cancelled all of our park reservations I assumed it would wipe out the valid from and to dates. Boy was I wrong. I have been on hold for one hour and 50 minutes!! That's unacceptable. I should have been able to do this in the app EASILY!

Good luck with the call! I know wait times have been long lately (between the storm and the ADR glitch). I was on hold for 4.5 hours yesterday. Somehow, the CM (whose day was probably a lot longer than mine) was still very nice... even when I was probably a little gritchy from the wait.

The valid date of a ticket is tied to the date it was purchased for, as tickets have flexible costs based on the date they are for. Some days are more expensive than others.

Four and a half hours!!?!?!? Ok, I will stop complaining!!
