A couple of weeks ago I booked MHT to MCO for 8/26-8/29 - 3 night stay at POP taking advantage of the free dining offer. Of course now I'm 2nd guessing myself and think that going the afternoon of 8/25 would be better (right now we're on the 7:35 am, so we'll arrive at MCO at 10:30) - the problem is I booked a Ding fare - does anyone know how I can keep the same rate? I'm thinking I just need to watch for another Ding (in addition to checking rates on SW site daily) - does that sound right?
I can't have the fare increase, because that is why it is a good deal to go for a short trip ($545 for the 4 of us). I also haven't checked with POP yet, so may not even be able to get the additional night.
BTW this is a surprise for DD8 and DS5, so I'm also debating whether its more "fun" to wake them up at 5:15 am on Fri. or being able to tell them Thurs. afternoon to get in the car, we're going away for the weekend and then drive to the airport and have them find out there.
