Changing sail date online?

Hi!

I am not sure why I can't change my sail date online. When I go to "modify" my reservation, it only gives me the option to change my stateroom. Seems like the website is different from last week. I tried calling DCL but it was a 20 minute hold time! Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

I tried to change the date of my 2017 april cruise on the Dream, did not work. I also can only change the stateroom.

Same problem here. Their new website may finally get me to try anther cruiseline. I have had to call several times over the last few months. A month ago the website wouldn't let me book it. Now I can't change anything.

Don't know that it's actually a "problem". I believe that's how the "new" website is. When they switched, lots of options were dropped.

It's a problem if I have to wait on hold for 30 minutes to make a change that should take 30 seconds online. It's a big problem. If those options to modify on line are dropped it might be the final straw that pushes me to another cruise line. A company that has the money Disney has really needs to get their $%&* together when it comes to thier websites.

While it may not be a technical issue with the website, it is certainly a problem. Disney has stepped back in time and is forcing their customers and employees to waste time on phone calls, handling matters that could be easily resolved on their website.
