Changing rooms reservations, can you keep your ADR's

I am sure this has been answered many times however I can't seem to find the answer. We currently have 10 days booked in Dec at the WL (room only, we have AP's). If good room discounts come out this week, as rumored, we are probably going to switch to the BC or GL. We have dining reservations that I made online for December, if we trade hotels (again, we are only talking rooms, not packages) do we loose our ADR's?

Your ADR shoud be linked to a phone number. In a past trip, I made all ADR's and then switch resorts and I was able to keep my ADR's...the CM explained to me when I switch to a diffrent resort that I'm good b/c my ADR is linked to phone number.
