Bill that just sounds like fairly normal tourism/recreational jobs. I worked in that industry for years out of college and we all could have had the same complaints. But it's the nature of the beast. For example the person who is like "two different people" - each department has their own areas they need to staff and almost never fall under the same manager so then not the same schedule. So the business could hire two completely different people or they can each hire the same person and hopefully make the schedules works. There's an ebb and flow that happens that is beyond the managements control - it's all us darn visitors. What you list just aren't examples that Disney is such a horrible employer nor that the behind the scenes at Disney is much or any different than other places that fall in their same category.
