Changing Room Requests AFTER Booking??

I wanted to change my request after I have already booked our October trip. It is only a building request. What are the chance of the them seeing the change when we check in (or when the room is being assigned)? It still shows my initial lodge request on the confirmation paper. A CM told that that they can only put any further request or changes in "notes" on my ressie. Would appreciate any insight on this

I added my requests after booking. Just to test that it was there I called back to test the CM (sneaky I know). She was very helpful and read back to me what I had requested, exactly as I had requested it. I then looked up my ressie online, but it wasn't there. I guess it updates in their system, but not on our end.

You can add request on and as you know they are requests only It doesn't show online when you look but should when you get an email from them confirming your booking. If not call back & ask them to list them as another poster said.
