Hi,
I booked at APH rate (when it first came out in May) for 3 nights in August but now need to change it to 2 nights due to my sister's work schedule. I called Universal Hotel and the lady on the phone said that there are now no more Standard APH rate rooms left and the only rooms available (at APH rate) are Bayside views, which is an extra $30/night.
I explained to her that I was not CHANGING the dates but is only taking one night off so it is NOT a new booking. She said that is the hotel's policy for any modification on bookings.
I recall reading somewhere on the DIS forum regarding this but can't seem to find it... can someone confirm? Thanks.

It was the last CL room left! The total price remains the same as the original 3 Nights Standard room. We thought it would probably be worth it since we are a party of five (2 Adults, 7, 12, 14). The kids will probably enjoy and make use of the services since my nieces and my DD14 are small but frequent eaters!
