So if we have to change resorts on our trip how exactly does that work? Can we drop our luggage on the way out with bell services and will they take it to the new resort? Are they allowed to take your bags to your new room or do you have to check in first? We are missing one night at VWL and I hoping that my waitlist comes through but it is for the first week of December and I know how popular that week is for DVC so I am worried it may not come through. :confused3

Bell services will move your luggage from one resort to another. The new resort will hold the luggage until you call for it to be delivered to room after you have checked in and gotten a room. They will not just automatically take it to your new room.

Check out is at 11, luggage and food must be at Bell Services before 1. They deliver to the new resort around 3.

Bell Services can pick up from your room, bag any groceries, keep refrigerated items separate from dry goods. Keep the item count and tickets from the Bell Man.

At the new resort you can pick up from Bell Services or call from your room. You must be in your room for delivery so you can tip, it was a union/company agreement.

Well the sad part for Bell Services is I would tip more to be able to show up to my room and have everything there lol!

Only bags from DME will be delivered to your room since the gratuity is included in the cost. The cost for DME is built into the room rate for cash rooms, and most likely in our dues for points stays (possibly transportation line item).
