Changing Resorts with 40% off Pin

what dates does that promo include? I can't believe that I haven't got any codes yet. I got one for May from Disney Visa, but don't need May!!

That promo booking is closed. Unless you have already placed a 40% off booking.. you can't get it.

No exceptions to that.

The op was asking about changing resorts on a booking made with this discount prior to the booking cut-off date of March 15th.

Ok, here I'am again... anyways I just called CRO and the CM I had this time did run a check on the 2 resorts I inquired about changing too - now do I still need them to check with guest services even though they are checking? Or are they checking this themselves? She understood what I was trying to do clearly, just change resorts so I'm not sure if I should still be asking them to check with guest services or if they are doing that already!! You'd think this would be straighforward!!!

She will need to check with Guest Services. She will show ZERO availability on the promo you're booked under. Guest Services can see the reality of the situation and MAY (keyword may) be able to help you.

The frontline CM's can't do this. They don't have the necessary access to the system. My understanding is the correct way to access GuestServices for this situation is thru the DRC (formerly CRO)
