changing resorts/transportation?

I am considering renting points to stay at BWV or OKW from a sun-thurs. I want to add another night (sat) but points are too much for fri & sat. So I am thinking of getting a value for the first night (sat).

My question: Will disney transfer my luggage or would we have to lug it from bus to bus to get from, say, POP to BWV? Just wanting to add an extra night at a reasonable price without it being a hassle. TIA!

Some on this board have said that Disney does transfer luggage to other resorts for you, but others have said they have asked and were told no. We were there in Jan. and moved from BCV to French Quarter. We had the bell service outside call a taxi. It only cost us 5.00 +tip and was so much easier than hauling lugguage on a bus. We got to get into our room at check in at 11:00, so it was so nice to have our lugguage with us.

Thanks for the info and idea. Definitely easier than hauling everything on the buses. I think I will try and see if dis will do it for us first. If not, it's taxi time! Thanks again.

switch resorts...and we've always used bell services to transfer our luggage From ASM to the Polysnesian, BCV to OKW...it's never been a problem.

Day before you check out, stop by the front desk...they will tell you to let them know what time you're leaving your room...they get your luggage, you go to the PArks, have fun..head over to your new resort, check in and your bags should be at Bell services waiting for you.

If you have items that need to be refrigerated, just put them all in one bag, mark cool storage on it, and you're all set.
