Changing resorts question

We are booked for OKW Mar.14-19. We didnt realize that flights would have incresased in price so dramatically, so now we are thinking about driving for the first time. We dont want to travel home on Fri the 19th on the road, so my question is, if we decide to book that night at another resort(probably one of the All Stars), will OKW transfer our luggage over to another resort?

Trying to take advantage of those APs as much as our pts will allow.
I just cant bring myself to use those Fri nite pts just to get up in the morning and drive home. Anyone that has ever done this, please help.

Since you will have your car and have to pack up your luggage anyway, why not just pack one bag to take into the second room and leave the rest in the car for the day. We have done that several times. Then getting up the next morning there is only the one bag to take out and we are on our way.

Disney will transfer your luggage between their resorts. We have done this in the past and will do it in the future. Just tell Bell services in the morning where you are transferring to and the luggage will get there generally by 4:00 pm.
