Changing resort reservation via MDE?

Anyone have any luck making small changes to a resort reservation online? I know I have done this in the past but now when I click on "change reservation" it just brings me back to the page over and over. I need to add a date and remove a guest - should take 2 seconds online !

I have called a few times only to be on hold upward of 20 minutes while the recording tells me I can modify my reservation online LOL. I have had to hang up for various reasons before I could get to a CM.

Hoping someone can tell me how to accomplish this - Thanks.
 
I think that if you want to change dates and/or guests then you have to call, but I could be wrong.

I was able to change resorts on line but I kept the same dates and guests.

Thanks - I have actually changed dates online in the past but now I can't even get to the screen to do any of that anymore. The resort is available for my new dates at the same rate/category so that shouldn't be an issue and the guest is a child so that should also be a non event.
 
Even though the option has always been there for me, I have never been able to get it to work. I mean never.
 

I love that feature and use it a lot. Even if I'm just toying with changing resorts, I check all the time.
I've had it work and I've had it not work.
No rhyme or reason to when it works and when it doesn't either.
Right now I have 4 reservations (2 split stays)
For all 4 I can change them online
Last month we had a stay at POR and I could never change that one. I even cancelled and rebooked it a couple times, both as a test to see if I could get the "change" feature to work and because I really did change the dates. Not a single time was I able to use the Change feature on that stay. No idea why.
The 3 stays before that I was able to use the Change feature.

To further complicate it, I've had the feature come and go a few times.
Sometimes I open MDE and I see a note to Call for changes
Other times I've tried to use the Change feature and it does just like it is for you, takes me back in a loop to the Reservations page.
But for that July stay where it didn't work, it never worked. Some of the others come and go.
And I've tried every browser, since Chrome and MDE doesn't work all that well together

Dates can be changed for some reservations. Sometimes it doesn't let you. For my stay next week I could change the resort but not the dates. For my stay last April I was able to change dates.
I can see how to change guests but haven't tried it to see if it goes through
 
We have 6 reservations currently and it only works for 2 of them. The other 4, every time I click to change it, I'm just take back to the main reservation page with all of my reservations, same as you.
 
I'm having issues with several sites now thanks to Safari no longer supporting Flash. Have to change to Google Chrome to check one of my bank accounts and to check hotels at the Dark Side
