Changing Reservation

Has anyone ever changed their Disney World reservation after final payment date? My sons girlfriend was going with us but now they have broken up. We are supposed to check in on January 2nd. Ive looked and cant find a policy anywhere telling if its possible to change or what kind of penalties there would be. Does anyone happen to know? Thanks!!

look on the paperwork you rec'd from them when making the reservation I think there may be a change fee since the change is within 45 days or less. I can't remember how much but it seems like it might be approx $50

Normally for a package that you reduce what you are buying within 45 days of arrival there is a $50 processing fee. Since you will probably be buying one less ticket as well as one less person's dining the savings will be fairly significant. If you are doing anything to increase the value of a package there is no fee.
