Changing plans for dining reservation

There are a few dining reservations that I would really like to get for our upcoming November trip(1900 PF and Minnie at H&V). I'm debating if they are worth changing our touring schedule around if I am able to score either of those!? Have you changed your park or missed already scheduled hard to get FP+ to get the restaurant ressie you wanted?

I can't think of a single restaurant that would cause me to change my plans.

I made our daily plan first, then made the ADRs. We didn't budge from our daily plan, but we did allow 2 open days to do whatever we want within the recommended parks. That being said, I was willing to fit Minnie's dinner in wherever we could. We got it when we wanted it, so we didn't have to move things around.

I just think it's really important to my family to have 2-3 days of the trip without a real plan. That way if a FP or ADR pops up that we really want we can fit it in.

I think ultimately it depends on which is more important and if it is worth changing your plans.

For us, our trips are often during F&W so it usually involved getting reservations for special F&W events and for those we did change our plans. If it was a reservation for a meal that's available all year round I probably would not. Instead I would look for a reservation that fits into my current plans.
