Changing package dates in December, could I now get free dining?

I might be changing my package dates from 12/22-12/26 to 12/19-12/26. I've already purchased the regular DDP. I saw somewhere that free dining was available for any reservations made by 12/21? Could I qualify for free dining if i add the days to the res? I'm at the ASMo, but may move to ASMu if i add the days.

Perhaps you're referring to the Play Stay & Dine discount that just came out?? If the room you want is available on that promotion you could apply it. It's not free dining, it would be roughly a 40% discount on the cost of the dining plan.

If this isn't what you heard of I'm sorry, maybe somebody else can speak on the free dining.

Unfortunately, no. The free dining offer has expired and is no longer bookable. There is a Stay, Play, Dine special offer that is currently available for some days in December. You can check the Special Offer page under the "Places to Stay" tab on the Disney website for this and any other current offers that might apply to your dates.

Sorry about no free dining - Just a quick note on the Stay Play Dine - the 40% is off the QS dining plan. I see you mentioned you have the regular plan. You'll save the 40% on the QS portion but you would have to pay the cost to upgrade from QS to regular then too.

In summary - if there is a room available your savings may be minimal (just didn't want you to get your hopes up for a big discount).

ALSO - I searched your dates and there are rooms available on the stay play dine deal at the all star resorts. I would jump on that quick if I were you! If you're not sure you could book it with a $200 deposit and hold on to both reservations and you'd have until Mid-November to cancel and get a full refund of whichever one you don't use.
