Changing Our Cindy's Breakfast Ressie After we Arrive @ WDW??

We've got a reservation for Cinderella's Table at the castle on 3/9, a Thurs. I'm grateful to have it because I missed the change from 90 to 180 days in advance for this ressie and I got the last seating for 6 in our preferred time slot for the whole week. I've called several times to see if something earlier in the week was available due to cancellations, but nothing yet. The agent suggested to try during the actual week as that's when they get most cancellations. Has anyone made a switch or gotten a ressie for this the week of the date? If this is a hopeless cause, I'll take what I've got and save my time.

There is a 100% CHANCE that someone will cancel.

There is also a 100% CHANCE that someone won't.

If we take away the CHANCE factors...
It is 100% POSITIVE that we don't KNOW what someone else MIGHT do in the next few days.

Now this was several years ago, but I did switch our Cindy's breakfast when I realized the night before we were not going to be able to make the early seating we had booked. I think I moved to do the following day and a later seating. So it can happen.
