Changing one name of party on ressie...

Does anyone know how this works? Our DD18's friend may have to be changed to a different friend's name if the first one can't go.

Does this change the whole reservation? I'm hoping we don't have to cancel the first ressie and book all over again.

If the name can be changed, is there a cost?

As long as the lead person, 1st name used to secure stateroom isn't changed everyone else is o.k. to change. Some people save money by just putting 1 or 2 names down and saving on deposits, but be careful, Disney has a max for children and once they meet that # they won't allow children to be booked.
