If we need to change the amount of people in our party to FEWER people for the ADR, is that easy to do? For example, if we have a party of 10 and then must lower it to 4 people, is that possible, or no because they only have a select number of tables for 4 people? Would we lose the chance to dine at that restaurant because we are no longer a party of 10?

I don't know about 10 to 4, that is a big jump, but normally there is no problem going with fewer. We had ADR for 5 people and it was no problem at all to change it to 4.

I think if they have you booked at more than one table (which they might because it's such a large party) it would be easy to eliminate one of the tables and still keep the other.

I would call and ask.

just call and ask - but don't let them cancel your first ADR until they find out if they can accomodate your change.

This is my thought too. I'd call and try. If they can't - mention this angle. Likely when you booked they warned you may be broken up. Suggest they break you up sooner rather than later :teeth:

Most of the time youre going to be at 2 tables anyway so its usually not a problem to drop a table off a res
