You can do it at guest services at the parks or DTD.

Question I just thought of. We have old non-RFID tickets but we have them linked in MDE. If we are using our Magic Bands for park entry do we need to upgrade the physical tickets to RFID ones?

No, only if you want RFID tickets.

I am going to get my ticket (already on my MB) converted to RFID next trip.

When entering MK in Jan DH and my MBs would not read the tickets we had linked (and even previously used on our Nov trip). DH had converted his ticket to RFID and had it with him, I did not. He just pulled out his RFID ticket and they scanned him into the park - I had to leave the entrance line and go wait in the long Guest Relations outside the park to have them find my ticket on my account and fix it, and then go back to the entrance line.

Long story short, apparently anything can disappear in this new virtual MB world - including your tickets - I intend to carry my RFID ticket as a back up in case this ever happens again.
