Changing names on the reservation?

Ken, in this case all fingers point toward DCL. Like Chris mentioned, they know you're not going to be in all three rooms. And thiscloud has a good idea. I know DU has really picked up the ball with the whole onboard booking credit fiasco (are those fingers pointing at DCL again?), but if you can maybe transfer the increased ressies to another TA for atleast some money off, that might be worth the hassle.

I am a Costco member, so I will probably give them a call after I hear back from DCL (if I hear back).

I wouldn't hold my breath for a response from DCL quickly. First, the computers are being upgraded now until 5/30 so you won't hear until after that. I sent my first e-mail about my repo issue to them on 5/6 and still haven't gotten a response to that e-mail. I sent the second one on 5/10 and heard back on 5/14 with a non-responsive answer (I asked about the price tiers and was told no discount or obc unless I modified -- not even my issue!!). I responded immediately and said that's not my issue, basically that they should actually read my e-mail and explained the situation again. I got a response early in the morning on 5/26 saying that my ressie was with DU and I need to go through them. I had transferred the ressie back to DCL (long story) and the transfer went through on 5/25. I again replied that this was incorrect and I expect a response from them so I can decide if I will be cruising on either of my next two cruises with DCL or not. I haven't heard back yet again. Hopefully you'll get this resolved and hear from DCL sooner than I have.
