Changing names on ressie

I have a reservation for for my parents at BCV in late May. Unfortunately, they won't be able to join us now. Some other family can come during the same dates so I'm wondering if I can just change the name on the reseration. Is this possible? Or, do I have to cancel my parents' reservation and then hope that I can get a new reservation for my other family members?

Just call MS and change the name and address on the reservation. DO NOT CANCEL IT.

If you are concenred about it, just add the names of the new people to the reservation first.

Then call MS back in a week or so and drop your parents names from the ressie. This way, there is no way to accidently get cancelled.

You can also email MS if it isn't urgent. I always email them with name changes, adding the DP, etc if I have a few months before my trip. It usually takes 2-3 days for them to respond so a call would be in order if you needed something more quickly.
