Changing my package with 23dys to go?

Ok my 13yr old is on the verge of being kicked out of school for being disruptive, gets booted from class atleast 1 day per week. Grounding him not let him test for a TaeKwonDon belt has not worked. I'm thinking of leaving him with my mom taking my 4yr instead. Will I have to pay crazy penalties with Disney if I change my package from 13yr boy to a 4yr boy?

If they are both your sons why change the reservation? yes the 4 yr olds ticket will cost less but you need to check which is more the $50. to change or to use the ticket from the other son or keep the 13 yr olds ticket and buy the 4yr old a new one. But changing the child in the room will not change the room rate so why bother.
