Changing my hotel Booking?

Hi everyone,

I have booked DH, DD and I into Santa Fe for 2 nights at the end of Jan but having ready the hotel reviews in the Brit Guide I fear I may have made a mistake. How easy is it/ can I upgrade my hotel to Sequioua Lodge?

What do you think peeps,of should I wait to see if there is a better offer and try to change then?

The rooms have been updated since the Brits Guide came out - they now have a Cars theme.

Why do you think SL would be better?

There is no air con in SF but you wont need this in January
There is no swimming pool in SF but would you have time for a swim especially in january?

Yes breakfast is more civilised - you are shown to a table rather than finding your own

Remember you can use the bars/restaurants and visit characters in any of the hotels whether you are staying there or not

You are basing your decision on one review in the Brits guide?
You can upgrade - but you will pay the difference between what the current SL price is for your dates, and what you paid for the Santa Fe. The SL is lovely in Winter, it gets lots of great reviews, so if you want to spend the extra, do it.
However, to balance the Brits Guide review, most of my trips to DLP have been staying at the Santa Fe. Its colourful, its Cars themed, the rooms are lovely and cosy in Winter, clean and everything works as it should. I don't tend to bother with breakfast at any of the onsite hotels unless I'm there at 7.30am or before, as it just gets manic. We have eaten dinner at the Santa Fe 3 times I think, its a buffet and theres something for everyone.
You can eat, drink, and visit the public areas of all the onsite hotels, no matter where you are staying .
